You look at the finished site on a private preview link. If you want it, you pay once and it goes live. If you do not, you owe nothing and we keep the work.
Questions, previews and approvals all happen by email, in English, with a reply within one business day. Decisions take effect when you confirm them in writing, so there is always a record.
The domain sits in your name at your registrar, the site runs on your free Cloudflare account, and you receive the source archive at handover. Changing providers later needs no permission from us.
Delivery is 7, 14 or 21–28 days from the day we have your texts and photos. If launch slips more than 7 days for reasons on our side, your invoice is reduced by 10% automatically.

Starter and Business include 7 days of free fixes after launch, Flagship 60 days. Later changes cost $75 per hour with a written estimate first, and only start after your OK.

We build the whole site and show it to you on a private link. If you approve it, you pay once and it goes live. If you do not, you pay nothing and the work stays with us. If we hear nothing for 14 days after sending the preview, we treat it as approved and send the invoice.
No. Everything happens by email, in English: the questionnaire, the previews, your change requests and the approval. You get a reply within one business day. Written decisions also mean nothing gets lost.
The site runs on a free Cloudflare account registered to you, so hosting costs $0 a month. The only recurring cost is your domain name, about $11–30 a year at your registrar, also in your name.
